The process
From sign-up to going live

Create a free account
Free, no subscription. It just keeps your submission tied to you.

Upload your project & materials
Video, poster, trailer, synopsis and rating, all in one place.

We review your submission
You hear back within 2 to 3 weeks. If we pass, we tell you why and you can fix it and resubmit.
- 04
Sign the agreement & go live
If approved, we send the producer/rightsholder a distribution licence agreement. Both sides sign, then your project publishes automatically across web, mobile and TV.

How it works

How your share is worked out

The pool is filled
Once platform revenue reaches $25,000/month, 25% of what subscribers pay, less the card processing fee and before any other platform cost, goes into that quarter's creator pool.

It is divided by qualifying views
A qualifying view is three or more minutes of active playback in a single session. Every creator on the platform shares the same pool.
- 3
You receive your share
Draw 4% of every qualifying view on the platform that quarter and you receive 4% of the pool. Your views, watch time and share are published as a quarterly statement in your creator portal.
When you get paid
How creator-pool earnings and referral commissions are paid.
- ✓The creator pool begins once CGP Spotlight reaches $25,000/month in platform revenue. Creators then earn a share based on qualifying views. No creator-pool earnings accumulate before activation. Referral commissions are separate earnings and do not depend on this platform revenue threshold. Both are paid quarterly once your combined unpaid balance reaches $100. Smaller balances carry forward.

Important notes
What we can't accept
The most common reasons a submission is turned down. Please read them before you upload.
Original or properly licensed IP only. No unauthorized fan films, fan series, adaptations, or projects using third-party characters, worlds, brands, footage, music, or other protected material.
Human-created productions only. We do not accept films or series that are fully or substantially AI-generated. AI-assisted tools may be used as part of a human-created production.
No gameplay-based productions. We do not accept projects created primarily through Roblox, video game gameplay, machinima, or similar game-based footage.
Proper film/series formatting required. Your submission must include a title/opening identification and end credits, and must be delivered as a finished movie or episode rather than a rough or incomplete video.
- Open worldwide. Submit from anywhere. We stream wherever we are permitted to.
- No guarantee. Submitting does not guarantee acceptance or an offer.
- Rights. You must own or control the distribution rights.
- Privacy. We review in house and never sell your materials.
- Similarity. Similarity with an independently developed project creates no claim.

Prepare the series artwork, trailer, and project details listed for films above, plus the episode items below. You only need your pilot to start. English captions are generated automatically for your pilot, additional episodes, and series trailer. Review and confirm them in the form; preparing SRT files is optional.

Series-level assets (poster, thumbnail, logo, gallery, trailer) are the same as for a film and apply to the series as a whole.
